Jeanne (Defant) Kyllonen

Jeanne (Defant) Lauttamus Kyllonen, 93, of Cambridge passed away Sunday (March 16, 2014 at the Beckett House.

She was born July 20, 1920 in Steubenville and was the daughter of the late Eugene and Mary (Dalau) Defant.

Jeanne had previously worked at Weirton Hospital, then as a secretary for Weir High School from 1966-1979. She was a member of Christ's Lutheran Church in Cambridge.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband William Lauttmus in 1985 after 44 years of marriage; her second husband Allen Kyllonen in 2005, her son Jeffrey William Lauttamus in 2003; also, three brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by her daughter Joan Lauttamus, her special daughter Dr. Janet Brockwell; one daughter-in-law Suzanne (Dave) Lauttamus-Hawthorne; four grandchildren, George (Debra) Lorenz, David (Jamie) Lorenz, Jeffrey (Brianna) Lauttamus and Stephanie Lauttamus; seven great grandchildren, Sabastian, Shelby, Cole, Wesley and Ethan Lorenz, Daniel Thomas and Ellie Lauttamus; a number of beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m. March 22, 2014 at Christ's Lutheran Church, 1101 Steubenville Ave., Cambridge with a lunch to follow.
