John D. Hickman Jr.

John D. Hickman Jr., 58, of Cambridge, died Sunday (June 2, 2019) at Southeastern Med.

He was born January 11, 1961 in Cambridge, son of the late John D. Hickman Sr. and Carolyn (Hammond) Keith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dale Elaine (Danley) Hickman; a son, John Hickman III; and a grandson, Jordan Hickman.

He is survived by a son, Jesse Hickman of Cambridge; three daughters, Shannon Hickman of Cambridge, Sarah Hickman of Texas, and Angela Hickman of Cambridge; two brothers, Mark (& Jill) Hickman of Cambridge and Mike (& Mary) Hickman of Coshocton; two sisters, Joyce (& James) Phillips of Cambridge and Karen (& Dan) Mizer of Zanesville; thirteen grandchildren; his step-mother, Sharon Hickman of Cambridge; a special aunt, Judy Hickman Coulson; his close friend, Todd Warden; and several nieces & nephews.

No calling hours will be observed. No funeral services will be held at this time.
