John Albert Wright Jr., 62, of Kimbolton, died Monday (July 9, 2018) at his home.
He was born January 11, 1956 in Port Jervis NY, son of the late John Wright Sr. and Marie (Sansevere) Wright.
Mr. Wright was a truck driver.
He was a member of the Cambridge Moose Lodge, Cambridge American Legion, and the Cambridge VFW Post 2901.
Mr. Wright was a US Army veteran.
He opened his home to everyone. His family and friends knew they were loved by him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Caroline Johnson.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl (Klecha) Wright; three sons, John Anthony Wright Sr., Shawn Anthony Wright, and Johnny Anthony Wright Jr. all of Kimbolton; two daughters, Constance Wright of Riner VA and Dawn Williams of Tennessee; a brother, Bucky Casteel of Cleveland; four sisters, Catherine (& Tim) McIntee of Kimbolton, Virginia (& Ron) Warren of Cleveland, Elizabeth Vazinski of Cleveland, and Christine Roberts of Uhrichsville; twelve plus grandchildren; and three plus great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Saturday (July 14, 2018) from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge. Military honors conducted by the Guernsey County Veterans Council will follow at 2 p.m.
