Jordan Michael Hickman, 3 months, passed away Monday (October 6, 2008) at Nationwide Children's Hospital, Columbus. He was born on June 16, 2008 in Cambridge, son of Kayla Spratt of Quaker City and John Hickman of Quaker City. In addition to his parents, he leaves two brothers, Jace Hickman and Jack Hickman of the home; maternal grandparents, Randy & Stacey Spratt of Quaker City; paternal grandparents, John Hickman Jr. and Sis Moseley of Cambridge; maternal great-grandparents, Dick & Kay Spratt of Quaker City, Ronnie & Linda Carpenter of Quaker City, Jerry & Twila Cordell of Caldwell and Larry & Cathy Mallett of Salesville; paternal great-grandparents, John Hickman Sr. of Old Washington and Carolyn Keith of Cambridge; and maternal great-great-grandmother, Elaine Roe of Salesville. Family and close friends may call on Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Quaker City. Private services for the family will be held on Friday (October 10, 2008) at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Wib Bragg officiating. Burial will be at Friends Cemetery, Quaker City.
