Joseph Wayne Vandermark Jr.

Joseph Wayne Vandermark Jr. passed away July 4, 2019. Born May 3, 1992 his life was cut short far too soon. J.W. was a man full of love and trust for everyone he knew and he was loved by all who knew him.

J.W. leaves behind his mother, Veronica Ullom; his father, Joseph (Kitty) Vandermark; his sisters, Heather Vandermark (and her sons, Alexander and Christopher), Chelsea (Nick) Weiner (and their daughter, Addyson), and Kristen Stiles; his brothers, Dakota Vandermark, Shawn Hickman, and Michael Lowery; several other nieces and nephews; his grandparents, Marsha Vandermark, Jerry (Linda) Stillion, Hettie Byers, and George Byers; his step-parents, Vicki and Bill Valentine; and the love of his life, Stephanie Marcinko.

"Jaydub" worked as a logistics supervisor in Columbus. He was an avid sports fan, loved watching games, and going to races with his father & friends. What he enjoyed most was going to Blue Jackets games. It was easy to love his smile, but all who knew him loved him for his heart and his compassion for others.

Visitation will be held Thursday (July 11, 2019) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge.
