Juanita May Anderson

Juanita May Anderson, 88, of New Philadelphia and formerly of Newcomerstown, died Thursday (June 3, 2010) at Union Hospital, Dover. She was born December 18, 1921 in Cambridge, daughter of the late James Bishard and Alice (Reasoner) Bishard. She married Earl Paul Anderson Sr. on January 8, 1940. Mrs. Anderson was a homemaker. She enjoyed crocheting and reading. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Paul Anderson Sr., who died July 18, 2009; and a step-grandson, Hugh Chambers. She is survived by a son, Earl Paul (& Carole) Anderson Jr. of Dover; a brother, Robert Vernon (& Betty) Bishard of Bunker Hill PA; a sister, Alice Belle Cramblett of Antrim; three grandchildren, Connie (& Matt) Dolvin of New Philadelphia, Joan Marie (& Dave) McLaughlin of New Philadelphia and Earl (& Jennifer) Anderson III of Stone Creek; six great-grandchildren; and a step-great-grandchild. No calling hours will be observed. Graveside services & burial will be held at 11 a.m. Monday (June 7, 2010) at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge, with Pastor Greg Kasler officiating.
