Judy Darlene Eibel

Judy Darlene Eibel, 67, of Cambridge, died Wednesday (January 29, 2014) at the Beckett House at New Concord. She was born February 3, 1946 in Cambridge, daughter of the late Samuel P. Gibson and Marjorie E. "Marge" (Duff) Gibson. Mrs. Eibel had worked as a nurse's aide at the former Cambridge State Hospital for many years. She was a graduate of Cambridge High School. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Eibel Sr.; and two brothers, Dan Gibson and Jeff Gibson. She is survived by a son, Dave (& Jackie) Eibel Jr. of Byesville; a daughter, Tracy (& Steve) Deel of Buffalo; a brother, Chuck (& Marilyn) Gibson of Cambridge; five grandchildren, Amber (& Oscar) Stobart of Cambridge, Brandy (& Brent) Barlock of Caldwell, Zack (& Bri) Deel of Senecaville, Chris Eibel of Byesville, and Paige Eibel of Byesville; six great-grandchildren, Natalie Barlock, Kynlee Barlock, Macey Barlock, Wyatt Barlock, Emma Stobart, and Olivia Stobart; and a sister-in-law, Connie Gibson of Byesville. Visitation will be held on Saturday (February 1, 2014) from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge. Private funeral services will be held at a later date.
