Justine M. Stanley

Justine M. Stanley, 75, of Cambridge, died Wednesday (January 15, 2014) at Genesis-Good Samaritan Hospital, Zanesville. She was born June 21, 1938 in Cambridge, daughter of the late Justice "Bus" Powers and Ora (Nance) Powers. Ms. Stanley retired from Dr. Dycoco's medical office, where she had worked as a medical billing specialist. She was a member of the Williamstown Church of Christ, Williamstown WV. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly A. Shepard; a brother, Thomas H. Powers; and a great-grandson, Jacob Melchiori. She is survived by two daughters, Deborah D. Melchiori of Cambridge and Victoria D. (& Tony) Stanley-Hutchison of Cambridge; two brothers, David (& Dolores) Powers of Williamstown WV and John Paul (& Glenita) Powers of Cambridge; four grandchildren, Jacqueline Wheeler, Nicole (& Joe) Wells, Matthew Melchiori, and Jesse Hutchison; and five great-grandchildren, Sean Wells, Averi Wheeler, Braden Wheeler, Rylan Wells, and Madden Melchiori. Visitation will be held on Sunday (January 19, 2014) from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will be held Monday (January 20, 2014) at 11 a.m. with David Powers officiating. Burial will be at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge.
