K. Dwain Williams, 50, of Quaker City, died Tuesday (August 26, 2014) at his home. He was born September 11, 1963 in Cambridge, son of Kenneth Williams and Lena (Huntsman) Williams. Mr. Williams was a self-employed carpenter. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Malone College. Mr. Williams was a member of the Rainy Day Writers Club of Cambridge. He loved to hunt, fish, trap, and all other outdoor activities. He was an excellent woodcraftsman. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dick & Deza Williams and Paul & Lucille Huntsman. He is survived by his wife, Melissa "Missy" (Carpenter) Williams, whom he married October 5, 2013; his parents, Kenneth and Lena Williams of Senecaville; a son, Ethan Williams of Kennonsburg; a daughter, Katrina Williams of Mechanicsburg PA; two stepsons, Austin Baker of Barnesville and Adam Baker of Barnesville; a brother, Joe (& Connie) Williams of Kennonsburg; a sister, Michelle (& Curtis) Larrick of Senecaville; and several nieces & nephews. Visitation will be held Friday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Quaker City, where funeral services will be held Saturday (August 30, 2014) at 11 a.m. with Pastor Lance Lindenberger officiating. Burial will be at Crestview Cemetery, Barnesville.
