Karen S. Davis

Karen S. Davis, 61, of Cambridge, passed away Friday (Aug. 27, 2010) at her home. She was born July 4, 1949, in Akron, the daughter of the late James and Betty (Abbott) Kinsinger. Mrs. Davis graduated from Zane Trace High School. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Eagles Auxiliary of Cambridge and VFW Auxiliary of Kipling. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Davis; one brother, Jim "Ding" Kinsinger; and an infant sister. Survivors include four sons, Robert E. Davis Jr. of Cambridge, Gene (Sheila) Davis of Toronto, Canada, Bruce (Christina) Bowman of Cambridge and Paul (Cheryl) Davis of Cambridge; three daughters, Norma Davis of New Foundland, Linda (Barry) Wright of New Foundland and Lisa (Kevin) Dakin of Cambridge; one brother, Jim "Boy" (Barb) Kinsinger of Akron; two sisters, Sandy (Glen) Morgan of Cuyahoga Falls and Treasure Shuman of Akron; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. No funeral services are planned at this time. Burial will be at a later date at the convenience of the family.
