Kenneth Ray Warne

July 19, 1943 — November 20, 2020

Kenneth Ray Warne, 77, of Cambridge, passed away peacefully on Friday (November 20, 2020) at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.

He was born on July 19, 1943 in Cambridge, son of the late Robert Edwin and Mary Annie Rose (Underwood) Warne.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Kenny Ray Warne; a brother, Charles Warne; a sister, Jeanie Warne; two grandsons, Billy Jewel Walker Jr. and Wilburn Lee Walker; and son-in-law, Billy Jewel Walker Sr.

Kenneth was a US Army veteran, and owned and operated his own landscaping company.

He was a member of the Cambridge VFW Post 2901, and loved spending time with his grandchildren, his many friends and his VFW family.

He was a very generous and kind-hearted man with an infectious smile.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Georgia (Perzinski) Warne, whom he married on July 19, 1973; four daughters, Deborah Walker of Belton TX, Helen (& Wilburn) Walker of Hutto TX, Rosey (& Sam) Vineyard of Brady TX, and Sandra (& Tim) Ritch of Cameron TX; a sister, June (& Johnny) Casterline of Quaker City; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren in Texas, including  grandson, Chandler (& Katie) Warne of Cambridge and two great-grandsons, Daemon and Tristan.

No calling hours will be observed.  No funeral services will be held at this time.
