Lawrence "Larry" Wayne Ray

Lawrence "Larry" Wayne Ray, 79, of Cambridge, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2023.

Larry was born on December 18, 1943, in Canton, a son to the late Leander Ferguson Ray and Margaret Ferguson Hartup.

Larry was a US Army Veteran having served from 1961-1964. He was a former member of the Guernsey Co. Underwater Rescue Team and retired from LDM where he worked as a plant engineer.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Carol Ray, whom he married on September 9, 1971, and passed away on October 12, 2022, and two brothers, Robert Ray and Charles Ray.

Larry is survived by his daughter, Stacy (Michael) Kennedy of Cambridge, two sons, David Ray and Donald Ray, his four grandchildren, Adriana, Emalee, Kaylee, and Chase Kennedy, several nieces and nephews, and their Dobermans.

There will be no services held at this time.
