Lena Mae Hutchison, 74, of Cambridge, passed away Saturday (May 23, 2009), where she was attended and cared for by her family. She was born Aug. 4, 1934, in Indian Camp, the daughter of the late Elmer and Hazel (Wilson) Lowry. Mrs. Hutchison retired as a machinist with Ameter March Electric after 40 years. She was Methodist by faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Hutchison on Sept. 27, 1992; two sisters; and two brothers. She is survived by a son, Charles (Brenda) Hutchison of Cambridge; three daughters, Rita (Gary) Barclay and Phyllis (Bob) Knott, all of Cambridge, and Wanda (Bruce) Burris of Humble, Texas; a brother, Paul (Jane) Lowry of Norwich; a sister, Eileen King of Indian Camp; nine grandchildren, Josh, Abby and Luke Hutchison, Aaron and Alisha Barclay, Masie and Tess Knott, and Brad and Erica Burris; a great-grandson, Pierce Hughes; and several nieces and nephews. Private family graveside funeral services will be Thursday (May 28, 2009) at the Guernsey Memory Gardens, Cambridge. Arrangements are entrusted with the Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge.
