Linda L. Askins

Linda L. Askins, 79, of Cambridge, died Saturday (November 2, 2019) at Astoria Place of Cambridge.

She was born August 18, 1940 in Toledo, daughter of the late Floyd W. Franklin and Evelyn (Lincoln) Askins.

Mrs. Askins had worked at the Toledo Hospital in the housekeeping department for many years.

She enjoyed family dinners, shopping, and collecting. She was an animal lover.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Askins; and a daughter, Cindy Coates.

She is survived by a brother, Gordon Franklin of Toledo; three sisters, Joyce LeMaitre of Toledo, Sharon Wood of Indiana, and Penny Trombley of Toledo; three grandchildren, Kevin Brogan, Heather (& Richard) Bumgardner, and Brittany (& Gary) Jones; and seven great-grandchildren, Tiffiney, RaeLynn, Kyra, Avery, Emma, Kolten, and J.C.

A private memorial service will be held for the family.
