Linda D. (Mcelroy) Buckius

Linda D. (McElroy) Buckius, 61, of Cambridge, died Friday (April 4, 2008) at the Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation Center. She was born on October 18, 1966 in Cambridge, daughter of Sally Lou (McIntyre) McElroy and the late William "Bill" McElroy. Mrs. Buckius was a former employee of Jamboree Foods. She cherished spending time with her grandchildren and loved playing bingo. She leaves her husband, Robert Buckius of Cambridge; her mother, Sally Lou (McIntyre) McElroy of Cambridge; three sons, Bob (& Tasha Burt) Buckius, Scott (& Stacey Richardson) Buckius and Mike Buckius all of Cambridge; a brother, Ron (& Raylene) McElroy of Richmond; a sister, Pam (& Jeff) Early of Cambridge; three grandchildren, Shantel Buckius, Scott Buckius Jr. and Jonavon Buckius; and several aunts, uncles and nieces. Family and friends may call on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where services will be held on Tuesday (April 8, 2008) at 11 a.m. with Rev. William Cain officiating. Burial will be at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge.
