Loretta Jean Neff

Loretta Jean Neff, 73, of Cambridge, died Thursday (December 12, 2019) at Cambridge Place.

She was born May 23, 1946 in Cambridge, daughter of the late Melvin Neff and Wanda (Miller) Neff. She was married to Richard Yunk from 1965 to 1986.

Ms. Neff retired from the former Swans Sporting Goods Store, where she had been the store manager for many years.

She loving working in her garden and being outdoors.

She is survived by her sons, Jeff (& Cindy) Yunk of Caldwell and Chris (& Jodee) Yunk of Zanesville; three sisters, Connie (& Chuck) Gaiser of Newark, Holly Neff of Brandon FL, and Lynn (& Andre) Reyes of Jacksonville NC; two step-grandchildren, Max Harmon and Ethan Harmon; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Visitation will be held Monday (December 16, 2019) from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Karen Rawlins officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Guernsey County Senior Citizens Center, 1022 Carlisle Avenue, Cambridge OH 43725.
