Marcie Bryan Law

Marcie Bryan Law, 57, of Debary FL, died Sunday (October 7, 2007) in Orlando FL after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on May 8, 1950 in Canton OH, daughter of Marcillia (Marcie) Bryan and the late Earl (Shorty) Bryan. She attended Cambridge High School. She was a loving wife and homemaker. She enjoyed traveling, golfing and spending time outside tending to her flower garden. She was active in her community and a devoted caregiver. She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Bryan; maternal grandparents, John Romero and Evelyn Richardson; paternal grandparents, Charles and Alma Bryan; and a nephew, Kevin Nicholas. Mrs. Law leaves behind her loving husband, Clem Law of Debary FL; her mother, Marcillia Bryan of Cambridge; five brothers, Allen (Miyoko) Bryan of Florida, Tim (Nancy) Bryan of Cambridge, Tom (Sheryl) Bryan of Canton, Rick (Sharon) Bryan of Kimbolton and Dale Bryan of Mt. Sterling; three sisters, Patty Bryan of Phoenix, her twin sister, Marsha Manes of Missouri and Maria (Burl) Nicholas of West Virginia; twenty nieces and nephews; many special great-nieces and great-nephews; and several aunts & uncles. The family will receive family and friends on Saturday (October 20, 2007) from 2 to 4 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where services will follow at 4 p.m. with Father Robert Borer officiating. The family requests memorial contributions be made to any one of the following: Guernsey County Cancer Society; Guernsey County Senior Citizens; or St. Benedict School.
