Margaret E. Bamfield

Margaret E. Bamfield, 84, of Cambridge, died Sunday (January 14, 2007) at Genesis-Good Samaritan Medical Center, Zanesville. She was born January 5, 1923 in Cambridge, daughter of the late George and Anna Fetzko. Mrs. Bamfield was a homemaker. She was a member of Center United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the D.A.V. Auxiliary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Duane R. Bamfield, who died December 17, 2000. They were married December 24, 1940. Also deceased are two daughters, Judy Hursey and Marilyn Jean Bamfield; three brothers, George Fetzko, Michael Fetzko and John Fetzko; five sisters, Anna Novak, Sue Humbert, Mary Reese, Helen Ober and Mildred Hoit; and two grandchildren, Justin Bamfield and Sherrie Bamfield. She leaves five sons, John (& Tommye) Bamfield of Lavernge TN, Dana (& Bridget) Bamfield, Gerry (& Liz) Bamfield, Rick (& Diane) Bamfield and Rudy (& Lori) Bamfield all of Cambridge; a brother, Paul Fetzko of Columbus; a sister, Eleanor Ambro of Indiana; eleven grandchildren, Annisa (& Jim) Bowers, Laurie (& Troy) Baker, Brandan (& Jen) Bamfield, Shelly (& Jeremy) Mull, Brian Bamfield, Kristen (& Chad) Minney, Kendra Bamfield, Cheyanne Bamfield, Logan Bamfield, Landon Bamfield and Chaylann Bamfield; and three great-grandchildren, Erica King, Naysa Rose Bamfield and Kaylee Minney. Family and friends may call on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where services will be held on Thursday (January 18, 2007) at 1 p.m. Burial will be at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge.
