Margaret J Henry

Margaret J Henry, 94, of Cambridge, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2024.

Margaret was born March 31, 1930, in Dennison.

She was considered a wonderful person by all that knew her. She gave to every charity and organization that she could and became a benefactor to many of these organizations and churches. She loved animals and volunteered at the Guernsey County Dog Shelter whenever she could. She loved gardening and canning everything that she grew. She also enjoyed when her family would visit her and they would make ice cream on her porch. She worked at March Electric and then as a LPN at the State Hospital. She was a Christian by faith.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Joseph Henry Jr and Betty June Henry.

Margaret is survived by her best friend Angie Bania of Cambridge.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 14, 2024, from 10AM until the time of service at 11AM. Burial will take place in Union Cemetery in Uhrichsville.

Thank you to the Guernsey County Senior Citizen Center and Shon Gress and to the Cardinal Place, Cambridge Place and Hospice of Guernsey for the excellent care provided to Margaret.
