Marguerite Wanda House, 90, of Dover, died Thursday (March 20, 2008) at the Park Village Health Care Center of Dover. She was born on February 7, 1918 in Quaker City, daughter of the late Earl Finley and Hazel (Lott) Finley. Mrs. House was a phlebotomist for an Arizona hospital for many years. She was a graduate of Quaker City High School. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leo House, who died on December 29, 1999; two brothers, Lester Finley and Leland Finley; and two sisters, Edith Finley and Esther Finley. She leaves a brother, Ellis (& Helen) Finley of Dover; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews. Family and friends may call on Tuesday (March 25, 2008) from 1 to 2 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Quaker City, where services will follow at 2 p.m. Burial will be at Friends Cemetery, Quaker City.
