Mark Alan Valentine

Mark Alan Valentine, 52, of Quaker City, died Saturday (February 27, 2010) at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center, Cambridge. He was born December 22, 1957 in Cambridge, son of the late Andrew Valentine and Doris Lucille (Hardy) Valentine. Mr. Valentine was a former employee of Plastech, where he had worked as a tool & die maker for nearly thirty years. He was a 1976 graduate of Meadowbrook High School, where he was a member of the National Honor Society. Mr. Valentine was a social member of the Kipling VFW. He was an avid Cleveland Browns and NASCAR fan. He is survived by two brothers, Danny (& Becky) Valentine of Cambridge and Jim (& Nancy) Valentine of Damon TX; a sister, Jeanie (& Larry) Mason of Old Washington; several nieces & nephews; his close friend, Terry Wilson of Cambridge; and his dogs, Hank & Brownie. No calling hours will be observed. No funeral services are scheduled at this time.
