Mary Martha Barlow

Mary Martha Barlow, 91, formerly of Cambridge and Buffalo, died Saturday (October 3, 2009) at the Beckett House at New Concord. She was born September 25, 1918 in Fairpoint, daughter of the late Ross A. Shivers and Letitia (Neville) Shivers. Mrs. Barlow was a retired restaurant manager. She was a member of the Cambridge VFW Auxiliary & the Cambridge Eagles Auxiliary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Gerald E. Spear; her second husband, Carl Barlow; a son, William Spear; and six brothers. She leaves a nephew, Ronald (& Diane) Shivers of Canton; and a special friend, Donna McJessy of New Concord. No calling hours will be observed. Graveside services will be held Tuesday (October 13, 2009) at 11 a.m. at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge, with Pastor Darrell Caldwell officiating.
