Mary Ann Saylor, 70, of Cambridge, passed away Saturday (December 15, 2007) at the Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center, Cambridge. She was born on July 27, 1937 in Zanesville, daughter of the late Walter Spicer and Viola (Hewitt) Spicer. Mrs. Saylor retired from Essex Wire, where she had been an assembler. She was an avid reader and enjoyed computer games. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Richard L. Saylor; and two sisters, Betty and Kate. She leaves her former husband and close friend, Richmond Saylor of Cambridge; two sons, Richard L. (& Audra Madinger) Saylor of Roseville and William D. (& Ruth) Saylor of Cambridge; two daughters, Vicky A. (& Tom) McCleese of Cambridge and Melvidine Saylor of Cambridge; three sisters, Shirley (& Jerry) Wells, Genevieve (& Merle) Krause and Rosemary Leonard all of Zanesville; thirteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces & nephews. Family and friends may call on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where services will be held on Tuesday (December 18, 2007) at 1 p.m. Burial will be at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge.
