Mary W. Wolfe

Mary W. Wolfe, 72, of Kimbolton, died Thursday (January 2, 2014) at her home. She was born August 20, 1941 in Truro MA, daughter of the late Walter James Ormerod and Marjorie (Hageman) Ormerod. Mrs. Wolfe had worked for many years at Cambridge Health Care in the laundry department. She enjoyed fishing, camping, and hiking. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Jeanette. She is survived by her husband, Russell Wolfe, whom she married July 22, 1957; two sons, Russell (& Myrna) Wolfe of Kimbolton and Ron Wolfe of Cambridge; a daughter, Wendy (& Michael) Woytko of Pleasant City; three brothers, William (& Pat) Ormerod of Florida, Calvin (& Carol) Ormerod of Georgia, and Jerry Hageman of Mississippi; four sisters, Norma Baels of Michigan, Evelyn Drieling of Mississippi, Barbara (& Sturman) Williamson of Mississippi, and Betty (& Bobby) McQueen of Mississippi; eight grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren. Family and friends may call on Monday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will be held on Tuesday (January 7, 2014) at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Guernsey Memory Gardens, Cambridge. As an expression of sympathy, the family asks that memorial contributions in Mary's name be made to Hospice of Guernsey Inc., PO Box 1165, Cambridge OH 43725.
