Michael W. Coulter

Michael W. Coulter, 77, of Cambridge, died Sunday (December 12, 2021) at Southeastern OH Regional Medical Center, Cambridge.

He was born May 6, 1944 in Dayton, son of the late Frederick Byron Coulter and Sarah E. (Fleming) Coulter.

A 1963 graduate of Cambridge High School, Mr. Coulter was an entrepreneur.  He owned and operated a wallpaper & paint store.  He also worked as an architect for some time.

He was a member of the Cambridge Lions Club for several years, and was also a member of the Cambridge Elks Lodge and Cambridge Eagles Aerie #386.

Mr. Coulter was a member of the Stop Nine Church of Christ.

He enjoyed working, mowing, and running his own concessions.  Above all else, he loved spending time with his family.

Mr. Coulter was a US Army veteran, having served as an Army Ranger.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles "Chuck" Coulter.

He is survived by his wife, Connie (Ralston) Coulter, whom he married July 2, 1977; two sons, Anthony Michael Coulter of Chicago IL and Aaron M. (Jennifer) Coulter of Cambridge; a daughter, Desiree Michelle Coulter of Cambridge; a grandchild, Kasen M. Coulter of Cambridge; and many nieces, nephews, and good friends.

Visitation will be held Friday (December 17, 2021) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Evang. Mark Beros officiating. Friends and family are welcome, but due to COVID-19 please take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety and everyone else's should you decide to attend.

Burial will be at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge.
