Michelle Renee Touvell, 31, of Cambridge, died Saturday (January 24, 2015) at Genesis-Good Samaritan Medical Center, Zanesville. She was born March 12, 1983, in Cambridge, daughter of Mary Louise (McMurray) Touvell and the late Alva Junior Touvell. Miss Touvell was a homemaker. She attended Meadowbrook High School. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Henry King; a son, Jamar Monroe Vincent Touvell; her boyfriend, Abbos Othello Sherif; a brother, John Touvell; and a sister, Susie Touvell. She is survived by a son, J-Shin Quincy Perry of Cambridge; eight sisters, Brenda Mahley of Zanesville, Julie Touvell of Byesville, Debbie (Harry) Mahley of Cambridge, Iona Rominger of Birmingham, Shirley Mae Milligan of Byesville, Alicia Touvell of Byesville, Misty (Brian) Skaggs of Cambridge and Melody Skaggs of Cambridge; four brothers; Terry Touvell of Byesville, James (Lisa) Touvell of Byesville, Daniel (Chuck) Skaggs of Zanesville and Josh (Ruth) Touvell of Zanesville; an uncle, Raymond McMurray of Alexander VA; and many close nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday (February 2, 2015) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where services will follow at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Jefferson Township.
