Mollie Ann Reed

Mollie Ann Reed, 61, of Cumberland, died Saturday (February 7, 2015) at Red Carpet Health Care Center, Cambridge. She was born January 16, 1954 in West Virginia, daughter of the late Woodrow Reed and Cora S. (Heck) Reed. She was a manager for the Hartley Company. Mollie loved spending time with her grandchildren and her good friends. She also enjoyed spending time with her dog, Sammy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Rebecca Brown; a brother, Woody Wayne Reed, an aunt, Helen Hayes; and her ex-husband, Thomas Patrick. She is survived by a son, Christopher Patrick (& Janice Masters) of Cumberland; a daughter, Charity Patrick of Cambridge; two grandchildren, Mercedes Patrick and Charliegh Patrick Gardine; her siblings, Carolyn Reed of Georgia, Kathy (& Brent) McKinney of Cambridge, Sandy (& Bob) Boatright of West Virginia, Donna (& Gary) Fluharty of West Virginia, Sharon (& Timbo) Burch of Cumberland, Linda (& Terry) Ivey of Cumberland, Gale (& Jim) Steed of Caldwell, and Dale (& Theresa) Reed of Zanesville; three aunts, Hilda Heck Earliwine of Texas, Barbara Hayes of West Virginia, and Deloris Sapp of Texas; her friends, Kathy Leach of Kimbolton and Jerri Lynn Tanner of Cambridge. Visitation will be held Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. with Evang. Mark Beros.
