Monna M. Beynon

**SERVICE TIME UPDATE:  A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday (October 4, 2019) at Guernsey Memory Gardens, Cambridge.**

Monna M. Beynon, 82, of Barnesville and formerly of Old Washington, died Thursday (September 26, 2019) at Astoria Place of Barnesville.

She was born March 30, 1937 in Cambridge, daughter of the late Edwin DeVore and Garnet (Huff) DeVore.

Mrs. Beynon retired from NCR, where she had worked as an assembler for many years.

She was a member of the Beckett Avenue United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul E. Beynon, who died May 27, 2008. They were married March 28, 1988. Also deceased are two sisters, Emma Jo Webb and Arlene Starr; and a brother, James DeVore.

She is survived by a son, Scott Estep of Byesville; a daughter, Dena (& Mark) Patterson of Old Washington; five brothers, Robert (& Nancy) DeVore of Florida, Roger (& Janet) DeVore of Byesville, Gary (& Mary) DeVore of Cambridge, Paul (& Nancy) DeVore of Cambridge, and Richard DeVore of Cambridge; three sisters, Karen (& Jim) Ferguson of Cambridge, Manola "Nolie" Burton of Georgia, and Donella "Donnie" (& Dustin) Hulboy of Cambridge; three grandchildren, Austin Wickem (& Stephanie Justice), Mitchell Patterson, and Natasha Estep-Haga; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Per her wishes, no visitation will be observed.

As an expression of sympathy, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Astoria Place of Barnesville, 400 Carrie Avenue, Barnesville OH 43713.
