Nellie Louise Glover

Nellie Louise Glover, 88, of Cambridge, died Monday (December 23, 2013) at the home of her brother, James Ball. She was born December 29, 1924 in Gilmore County WV, daughter of the late Richard Ball and Maggie Inez (Dickinson) Ball. Ms. Glover had worked at Creedmoor New York State Hospital for many years. She attended Macedonia Baptist Church. She loved taking care of people and transporting them around. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Connie Buskey; four brothers, Wilbert, Calvin, Robert, and Charles Ball; three sisters, Mary Morgan, Amie Euan, and Henrietta Ray; four half-brothers; a granddaughter, Tristesse Buskey; and a great-grandson, Lavel Elmore. She is survived by a brother, James (& Lillian) Ball of Cambridge; a grandchild, Kisha Buskey of Columbus; a great-grandchild, Kamilah Grey of New York; and several nieces and nephews. No calling hours will be observed. No funeral services will be held at this time. Following cremation, a graveside service will be held at Northwood Cemetery at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Nellie's name to Hospice of Guernsey Inc., PO Box 1165, Cambridge OH 43725.
