Nettie S. Love

Nettie S. Love, 83, of Columbus, died Saturday (February 22, 2020) at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.

She was born May 20, 1936 in Cambridge, daughter of the late Everett Olden and Mary (Lawrence) Olden.

Mrs. Love was a medical records clerical worker at Doctors Hospital for many years.

She was Baptist by faith.

Mrs. Love was a volunteer for Volunteers of America and Goodwill in the Columbus and Johnstown areas.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank L. Love, who died in 2005. They were married June 16, 1956. Also deceased are three sons, Lee, Gilbert, and Thomas; a sister, Evelyn Olden; and three brothers, Roy, Carl, and Don Olden.

She is survived by a son, Anthony Terry Love of Columbus; a brother, Jim (Annabelle) Olden of Cambridge; a sister, Marge Province (Mordy Hunter) of Byesville; several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday (February 26, 2020) from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 11 a.m.

Burial will be at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge.
