Patricia K. Dyer, 68, of Cambridge, died Thursday (June 14, 2018) at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus. She was born September 26, 1949 in Wheeling WV, daughter of the late Norma Theiss and Patsy (Tullis) Theiss. Mrs. Dyer retired from the former Cambridge Health Care Center and Summit Acres Nursing Home, where she had worked in the offices. She was a member of the Stop Nine Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Timothy Theiss. She is survived by her husband, Clifford R. Dyer Jr.; a son, Jeffery Scott (& Jennifer) Dyer of Centreville VA; three sisters, Joyce (& Tom) VanDyne of Old Washington, Tina Cubbon of Arizona, and Teresa Comstock of Arizona; and a grandson, Wesley Dyer. Visitation will be held Monday (June 18, 2018) from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and also Tuesday (June 19, 2018) from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. Tuesday with Evang. Woody Biggs officiating. Inurnment will be at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge, at a later date.
