Patricia A. Huggins

Patricia A. Huggins, 69, of Cambridge, died Thursday (July 11, 2013) at her home. She was born June 9, 1944 in Ashland KY, daughter of the late George Huggins and Hester (McKenzie) Holt. Ms. Huggins had worked as a press operator for Wilson Brothers Plastics. She also cleaned homes for many people. She was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church. She loved NASCAR, especially # 88 Dale Jarrett and # 99 Carl Edwards. She enjoyed gardening and flowers. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and her friends, Dick & Ruth Sherman and Bob & Jane Warner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Butch Barnett. She is survived by two sons, Mark L. (& Jackie) Goodman of Cambridge and Bruce Goodman of Cambridge; three daughters, Alta Bailey of Cambridge, Kathy (& Ray) Hale of Cambridge, and Theresa (& Clinton) Suttles of Zanesville; three brothers, Frank Barnett of Texas, Jerry Barnett of Missouri, and Johnny Barnett of Toledo; ten grandchildren, Brittney Suttles, Cassandra Suttles, Nicole Hale, Cory Hale, Larissa Hale, Sasha Bailey, Richard Bailey, Phoenix Bailey, Trevor Goodman, and Mark L. (& Amanda) Goodman Jr.; nine great-grandchildren, Dylan Conrad, Kyler Hartsook, Jayce Roerig, Easton Sorenson, Carter Sorenson, Anthony Bailey, Skyler Bailey, McKenzie McIntire, and Titan D. Goodman; several nieces & nephews; her dog, Buster; and her special friends at Cambridge Heights Apartments. Family and friends may call on Sunday (July 14, 2013) from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 5 p.m. with Pastor Sturman Moore officiating.
