Patsy Bartoletta, 90, of Quaker City, died Saturday (May 13, 2017) at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center, Cambridge. He was born March 27, 1927 in Bretz WV, son of the late Frank Bartoletta and Helen (Provenzaro) Bartoletta. Mr. Bartoletta was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers, where he was a welder and mechanic. He was a member of the Kennonsburg United Methodist Church. Mr. Bartoletta was a member of the Quaker City Masonic Lodge # 500 F. & A.M. He was a US Coast Guard veteran, having served during World War II. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Francis Reeves; and a brother, Victor Bartoletta. He is survived by his wife, Florence (Steed) Bartoletta; a son, Patrick (& Sherry) Bartoletta of Temperanceville; two daughters, Pam (& Bruce) McBurney of Barnesville and Debby (& Roy) Miller of Caldwell; a sister, Marie Petric of Akron; six grandchildren, Angela (& Steve) Fisher, Jason (& Becky) McBurney, Amy (& Korey) Carroll, Charles (& Vickie) Rollins, Troy (& Missy) Miller, and Andrea (& Jason) Miley; and eight great-grandchildren. Private services were held for the family with burial following at Batesville Cemetery.
