Pauline (Duncan) Smith

Pauline (Duncan) Smith, 89, of Caldwell, died Wednesday (November 14, 2007) at the Summit Acres Nursing Home, Caldwell. She was born on August 6, 1918 in Cumberland MD, daughter of the late Haldene Ray and Innie Belle (Depoy) Duncan. Mrs. Smith was a retired LPN, having served at Potomac Hospital in Woodbridge VA. She was a member of Davis Memorial Presbyterian Church of Gassaway WV. She leaves a daughter, Patricia (& Clayton) Short of Byesville; and several nieces, including Helen Teets and Nancy Carr both of Gassaway WV, and Irene Cobb of Caldwell. In keeping with Mrs. Smith's wishes, no calling hours or services will be observed.
