Peggy Louise Milner

Peggy Louise (Gavin) Milner, 74, of Zanesville, died Wednesday (December 16, 2015) at Genesis. She was born June 16, 1941 in DeFuniak Springs FL, daughter of the late John Gavin and Roxie Irene (Ward) Gavin Davis. Ms. Davis had worked at the Social Security office in data entry for many years. She was Presbyterian by faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Donna Theresa Kemp and Deborah Sue Kemp; two brothers, Timmothy Eugene Gavin Sr. and Jerry Gerome Gavin; and a sister, Sharon Diana Gavin. She is survived by two sons, Stanley Arlen Milner Jr. (& April Holland) of Zanesville and J.C. (& Tracy) Milner of Zanesville; two daughters, Vickie Slifko-Harrison of Byesville and Penny (& Danny) Keeton of DeFuniak Springs FL; three sisters, Janice Gavin (& Larry) Parish of Tallahassee FL, Wanda Gavin (& Jerry) Causseaux of Tallahassee FL, and Jonnie Gwendolyn (& Bill) Shores of Chicago IL; sixteen grandchildren; fifty-one great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Private services were held for the family.
