Petronella Hogan

Petronella "Punch" Hogan, 83, of Cambridge, died Sunday (October 18, 2009) at the Adams Lane Care Center, Zanesville. She was born February 22, 1926 in Cambridge, daughter of the late Emil Kosokar and Anna (Burlea) Kosokar. Mrs. Hogan worked in the housekeeping department of Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation Center for eleven years. She was a member of the Stop Nine Church of Christ. Mrs. Hogan was a 1944 graduate of Brown High School. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas A. Hogan, who died September 27, 1982; three brothers, George, Emil Jr. and Virgil; and three sisters, Anna Askinen, Jenny Kosokar and Mary Russ. She is survived by three daughters, Karen Hogan of Cambridge, Connie (& Mike) Coulter of Cambridge and Teressa Cleek of Cambridge; a sister, Connie Roth of Louisiana; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Mrs. Hogan wanted to be remembered how she was, so in keeping with her wishes no calling hours will be observed. Graveside services will be held at Northwood Cemetery on Saturday (October 31, 2009).
