Phyllis Ann Parsons Mcvicker

Phyllis Ann Parsons McVicker, 80, of Hamilton and a former long-time resident of Cambridge, died Saturday (March 6, 2010) at Birchwood Nursing Care Facility in Fairfield. She was born April 6, 1929 in Dearborn MI, daughter of the late Blanche (McKim) Parsons and Charles Parsons. Mrs. McVicker was an administrative assistant/office manager at Plastic Compounders for fifteen years, retiring in 1992. She was a graduate of Cambridge High School. She was Methodist by faith. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Sarah McVicker Kiefer and William Fritz Kiefer of Cincinnati; a son, Norman McVicker of Cincinnati; a granddaughter, Alaina Marie Kiefer Davis and her husband, Taylor Davis of Nashville TN; a grandson, William Kiefer Jr. of Cincinnati; and a cousin, Judy Huston Deeks and her husband, Pete Deeks of Cambridge. Family and friends may call on Wednesday (March 10, 2010) from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where services will follow at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge.
