Randall T. Hill

Randall T. Hill, 71, of Cambridge, died Saturday (August 4, 2018) at his home surrounded by his family. He was born November 4, 1946 in Charleston WV, son of Hershel E. Hill and Madeline (Adkins) Robinson. Mr. Hill was a retired truck driver for Alternative Transportation. He loved Texas Hold 'Em and was an avid Steelers and West Virginia Mountaineers fan. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was Baptist by faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia K. (Journey) Hill, who died November 5, 2013. He is survived by three sons, Christopher Hill of Byesville, Neil Thompson of Parkersburg WV, and Eric Bailey of Cambridge; six daughters, Chastity (& Chris) Spires of Summerfield, Ronda Hill of Parkersburg WV, Jennifer (& Gary) Mitchell of Cambridge, Nicole (& Jordan) Campbell of Cambridge, Jessica (& Chad) Fountain of Cambridge, and Kim Wildman of Parkersburg WV; and thirteen grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday (August 8, 2018) from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Jay Henderson and Pastor Tim Thomas officiating.
