Raymond R. Heskett

Raymond Richard Heskett, 49, passed away in his home in Kimbolton, Ohio after a cardiac event on Wednesday, February 24 ^th , 2021. He was born on April 28 ^th , 1971 to Donald Heskett and the late Marcelline Hall.

Raymond attended Cambridge High School and Zane State College. He was proud to work in construction and passed on that knowledge to his sons. In addition, Raymond loved fishing, boating, and hunting. His favorite thing to do was to spend his days with his family.

Raymond loved jokes and brought humor to everything he did. His 8 grandchildren will remember the love and care he had for each one of them.

Raymond is preceded in death by a brother, Donald "Donnie boy" Heskett.

Raymond leaves behind his very special grandma, Dorothy "Grammy" Heskett; his wife of nearly 30 years Carla (Mason) Heskett; 4 children, Emily Heskett, Melissa (Mike) Hardy, Jacob (Rebekah) Heskett, Frank (Savanna) Heskett; was called "Pap" by 8 grandchildren Anastasia, Landon, Carson, Levi, Cali, Maddi, Isabella, Caleb who he loved tremendously; 6 siblings Virginia, Matt, Tyler, Megan, Maria, Katie; many nieces and nephews including, Adonna, Bobby, David, Amber, April, Katie, Alea, Aviana, and Dalyla. Raymond was also close with his mother-in-law, Donna, sister-in-law, Jodi, and lifelong friend, Shannon Ogle.

Private services will be held at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge.
