Rita Jean (Loeffler) Adams

Rita Jean (Loeffler) Adams, 95, of New Concord, passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at her home.

She was born February 18, 1929 in Columbus, daughter of the late John Junior Loeffler and Margaret F. (Smith) Loeffler.

A 1947 graduate of St. Mary's High School in Columbus, Mrs. Adams was a homemaker and a talented seamstress.  She was also an avid crafter and enjoyed working crossword puzzles.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Dean Adams, who died July 5, 2014; and two brothers, Paul Loeffler and John J. Loeffler Jr.

She is survived by a daughter, Marilyn (& John) Chambers of Piqua.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
