Robert Howard Green

Robert Howard Green, 74, of Cambridge, passed away on Saturday, June 17, at the Morrison House in Zanesville.

He was born on April 21, 1949, son of the late Howard M and Christina (Norman) Green.

Robert was a local business owner and retired electrician, who owned and managed Green's Electric for many years.

He loved NASCAR and was an avid fan of Dale Earnhardt.  Robert enjoyed socializing with his friends, and spending time with his grandkids.  He also loved and enjoyed taking care of his cats. Robert also enjoyed westerns, golfing, and was a great pool player.

Mr. Green was a 1967 graduate of Cambridge High School.

He is survived by a son; David Green, of Cambridge; a daughter, Dusty Green of Cambridge; a sister, Cassie O'Connell, of Collierville, TN; four grandchildren, Erin Fenwick, Erica (& Gage) Lingle, Gage Touvel, and Tanner Green, all of Cambridge; Nine great-grandchildren; Weston, Aviauna, Camilla, Wren, Vaeda, Kalum, Theodora, Maybre, Rowan, niece; Katie O'Connell of Portland, OR, nephews; Kevin (& Mandy) O'Connell of Olive Branch, MS, and Shane (Rebecca) O'Connell of Collierville, TN, and many good friends.

Thorn-Black Funeral Home in Cambridge has been entrusted with arrangements.
