Rochell Ellen Black

Rochell Ellen Black, 41, of Cambridge, passed away Sunday, October 3 ^rd , 2021, at Embassy (formerly Cambridge Health Care and Rehabilitation) of Cambridge, after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born September 20, 1980, daughter of Rockie Black of Cambridge and Edith Watson, also of Cambridge.

She was preceded in death by her brother Rockie Black Jr of Cambridge

Rochell was an LPN with associates degrees in both nursing and criminal justice.  She formerly worked at Embassy Suites, most recently had worked for Ridge Tool, screening employees for medical issues.

Rochell had a wonderful smile and loved making people happy.

She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend.

She loved the outdoors, reading, socializing, listening to music, and being surrounded by laughter and love with family and friends.

She is survived by two sons, Caleb Like and Ayden Like, both of Cambridge; two daughters, Adrienah Like and Ellianah Black, also of Cambridge; a brother, Andrew (& Melissa) Black of Cambridge; and numerous other family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday October 9th at 1:00pm at the Salvation Army in Cambridge.
