Rodney Allen Hickman, 67, of Cambridge, passed away on Monday, January 20, 2025, at his home.
Rodney was born on September 10, 1957, in Cambridge, a son to the late Ervil and Betty (Hill) Hickman.
Rodney was a 1975 graduate of Cambridge High School and did maintenance for Salt Fork State Park. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his friends and family.
In addition to his parents, Rodney is preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Hickman, whom he married on June 18, 1980, and passed away on January 3, 2025.
Rodney is survived by his daughters Patricia Wilkey of Buckeyeville and Christine Mikus of Cambridge, one brother, Robbie (Angel) Hickman of Frazeysburg, two sisters, Penny (Tim) Siddle of Pleasant City and Patricia (Bob) McClintock of Marysville, his step- father, Ron Swope of Dexter City and his grandchildren, Antwan (& Maggie) Wilkey, Tyrel Wilkey, Kiera (& Clayton) Roose, Zairek Bell, and Jazlyn Casey, his great-grandchild, Andie Jo Wilkey, two step- brothers, Bruce (Lori) Swope of Dexter City and Brian (Jenny) Swope of Zanesville, one step- sister Lisa Ewert of Westerville and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, January 24, 2025, from 11AM to 1PM with service starting at 1PM at Thorn- Black Funeral Home in Cambridge.
