Roger G. Huff Jr.

Roger G. Huff Jr., 46, of Cambridge, died Friday (June 10, 2016), at the Southeastern Med in Cambridge. He was born in Dennison, Texas, on Dec. 26, 1969, to the late Cheryl Choma and Roger Huff Sr. In addition to his birth mother, he was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Mabel Nicholson; and grandparents, Wilbur and Irene Weaver, John and Vonda Jackson and Mary Jackson. In addition to his father, Roger Sr., he is survived by his mother, Karen Rae Huff of Byesville; two brothers, David (Deborah) Steele of Wheeling, W.Va., Shawn (April) Huff of Buffalo; a sister, Cindy Jackson of Radcliffe, Ky.; aunts and uncles, Junior and Kelly Weaver and Linda May of Cambridge and Charlotte Leonard of Pleasant City; a niece, Brittany Prager; two nephews, Brett and Bryson Huff and his fiance Becky Cooper of Cambridge; and many, many cousins. Roger was an avid builder of models and enjoyed riding his scooter around town. He was a member of the Stop 9 Church of Christ. Visitation will be Wednesday (June 15, 2016) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home in Cambridge. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor John Cotrell officiating. Burial will immediately follow the services.
