Ronald Lee Williams, 77, of Cambridge passed away Sunday (September 6, 2009) in Cambridge. He was born November 18, 1931 in Cambridge, and was the son of the late Charles and Pearl (Householder) Williams. Mr. Williams retired from the Central States Can Company and formerly worked at Cambridge Dairy. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Moose #631 in Cambridge. He served three years in the National Guard and also served in the Marine Corps. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles and Jack Williams. He is survived by one daughter, Beverly (Guy) Berndt of Canton; one grandson, Michael Shane (Jackie) Williams of Massillon; one great granddaughter, Alexis Williams; Loving, and caring companion, Jane Mizer of Cambridge and also sadly missed by the Mizer family. Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge. Graveside services will be conducted by Rev. Terry Tate at a later date with burial in Guernsey Memory Gardens.
