Ruby Barnes Porinchak

Ruby Barnes Porinchak, 95, a long- time resident of Byesville and then Caldwell, passed away May 27, 2016 at Columbus Colony Elderly Care, Westerville, Ohio, where she had resided for the past three years. She was born May 19, 1921, in McConnelsville, Ohio, to the late Howard and Mary (Sines) Barnes. Also preceding her in death was her husband, John T. Porinchak, whom she married on June 30, 1943. Ruby is survived by a daughter, Joyce (Kenneth) Greywall of Novi, Michigan; two grandchildren: Julie (Michael) Jones of Dacula, GA, and David (Sarah) Greywall of Hillsboro, OR; five great grandchildren: Madison, Megan, and J.T. Jones and Nathan and Nolan Greywall. No calling hours will observed. Private burial arrangements will be held for the family.
