Ruth P. Knowles

Ruth P. Knowles, 102 , of Cambridge died Monday November 27, 2006 at Cambridge Health and Rehabilitation Center, Cambridge She was born on December 14, 1903 in Philadelphia, PA., daughter of the late Thomas and Anna (Farrington) Brennan. Mrs. Knowles was a homemaker. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Knowles whom she married in 1924; 6 sons, Lawrence, Zane, Creighton, Donald, David & Jackie Knowles. She is survived by 3 sons, Harry (Ellie) Knowles of New London, Conn., Neil (Marianne) Knowles, Fairfax, VA., Barry Knowles of Haywood, CA.; 2 daughters, Edgar (Honey) Raymond of Cambridge, Ruth Burnett of Ft. Myers, FL. and is survived by 4 generations. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge with Fr. Robert Borer officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Cambridge.
