Ruthanne Adams

Ruthanne Adams, 77, of Cambridge, passed away Tuesday (December 25, 2012) at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center, Cambridge. She was the oldest daughter of the late Otto and Martha (Holloway) Lee. Ruthanne graduated from Cambridge High School in 1953 and worked for many years in the immediate area as an "office girl". She was a member of Christ Our Light Parish. She is survived by two daughters, Martha Catherine "Martie" Moore-McConnell and Mary Elizabeth "Meg" Fairchild; a son, Chester Alan "Chet" Geese; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a son-in-law, Mark McConnell; a future daughter-in-law, Kris Counts; a much loved sister, Sarah Delilah Rose Spillman and brother-in-law, David Spillman; several nieces and nephews, along with their spouses and children; and a lifelong friend, Mary Ellen Stillion. Private services will be conducted at the family's chosen time following her cremation. As an expression of sympathy, the family asks that memorial contributions in Ruthanne's name be made to any charity of the donor's choice.
