Sarah Louise Enos, 92, of Cambridge passed away Thursday (December 12, 2013) at OSU Medical Center. She was born November 2, 1921 in Guernsey County and was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Elizabeth (Barton) Stephens. Sarah was owner/operator of Enos Meats with her husband which was established in 1950. She was a 1938 graduate of Brown High School. She was a member of of the Guernsey County School Board for 8 years, a member of the Guernsey County Fair Board, Guernsey County Health Board, Ohio Meat Packers, Farm Bureau, Grange, Angus Association and was a 4-H advisor for the Glad Girls several years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband W. B. Enos whom she married December 25, 1938 and passed away in 1999; two brothers, Barton and Richard Stephens, son Bennie Enos Jr., grandson Timothy Moorhead and great grandson Dr. Robbie Cravenor. She is survived by one son John (Karen) Enos of Cambridge; one daughter Marybelle Teters of Cambridge; daughter-in-law Pam Enos of Cambridge; four grandchildren, Mary Beth (Rick) Cravenor, Chip (Tracie) Enos, Stacey (Dennis) Morrow and Wayne Brian Enos; four great grandchildren, Roger (Amber) Cravenor, Bethaney Enos, Myra (Jeffrey II) Scheurer and Ryan (Jamie) Enos; two great great grandchildren Emilia Cravenor and Alex Enos; several nieces. Memorial donations may be made in Sarah's name to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 163549, Columbus, Ohio 43216-3549, the Guernsey County Cancer Society, 927 East Wheeling Ave., Suite 205, Cambridge, Ohio 43725 or the Dr. Robbie Cravenor Scholarship Fund. Calling hours will be Monday from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge where services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday with Rev. Dr. Terry Litton and Rev. Charles Hutchison officiating.
