Sharon Sue Gatrell

Sharon Sue Gatrell, 55, of Cambridge, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday (October 18, 2008). She was born on March 15, 1953 in Cambridge, daughter of the late James E. Ball and Edna Mae (Bennett) Ball. She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy, Cambridge. Ms. Gatrell was a 1971 graduate of Cambridge High School. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting, playing pool and going to the fair. She was an avid 49ers fan and enjoyed spending time with her dogs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, James Lee Ball; and a sister, Sandra Jean Ball. She leaves a daughter, Stephanie (& Michael) Sloan of Cambridge; two sisters, Kathy Kahrig of Cambridge and Carol Mathews of Byesville; and a granddaughter, Ashleigh Sue Sloan. Family and friends may call on Tuesday (October 21, 2008) from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Church of God of Prophecy, Cambridge, where services will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Steven Mathews officiating. Burial will be at Guernsey Memory Gardens, Cambridge.
